PRIVACY & DATA

Your information.
Handled with purpose.

This notice covers the Aurynta website, member accounts, workspace invitations, and support requests.

What this website collects

When you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, company, team size, request type, and any message you choose to provide. We also record the submission time and your agreement to this notice. Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal information.

Why it is collected

We use this information to review early access requests, understand team needs, respond to questions, and handle data requests. Joining the list does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored on the website operator’s hosting server. Access is restricted to the site administrator. The hosting provider may also maintain standard server logs, including IP addresses. This website does not load third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or external fonts.

Cookies

The administration and member areas use essential session cookies for login and request security. The public request form does not use tracking cookies.

Accounts and sign-in

When you create an account, we store your name, email address, account creation and consent times, and a securely hashed password if you use email/password sign-in. When enabled, Google or Apple provides a provider-specific user identifier and your verified email address. Apple may supply a private relay email. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.

We store workspace access status and invitation redemption records. Invitation and recovery codes are stored as hashes. Provider sign-in attempts use short-lived state, nonce and browser-binding data, which expire after ten minutes and are removed when used or during later sign-in attempts. Provider access and identity tokens are used during sign-in and are not stored in the account database.

Account cookies and recovery

Member and admin areas use essential session cookies. Google and Apple sign-in uses an additional short-lived secure cookie to connect the provider response to your browser. Password recovery is handled through support; recovery codes expire after one hour. To request account deletion or corrections, email contact@getaurynta.pro.

Retention and your choices

Requests are kept while needed to manage the early access program or respond to your inquiry. You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information through the request form. Select “A data or removal request” and use the email associated with your original request. Identity verification may be required before records are disclosed or deleted.
